We're often faced with options - which isn't necessarily a bad thing at all, until it gets difficult to choose.
To navigate your way along the path that is best for you, you must find the contrasts in your life and figure out what is important to you. Without contrast there really is no choice.
As Goldilocks observed, some options in front of you will be too hot, some options will be too cold. Then, somewhere in between, it will be just right. Some paths are going to look hugely challenging, and some are going to look safe. Nobody said that choosing would be easy though, so remember that not choosing is a choice in and of itself. It feels a lot better to move forward, even in fear, than to just let your life run on defaults.
