WHAT IS THE EMOTION CODE?

The Emotion Code Method is a gentle energy-release techniques that help you feel freer, happier and healthier.  
 

The Emotion Code is the simplest way to get rid of your emotional baggage, The technique was created and refined by a chiropractor, Dr. Bradley Nelson, who realized that his patients’ aches and pains were more than just physically based – they were emotional. Dr. Nelson coined the phrase “trapped emotions” – negative energies that become trapped in the body during intense emotional events.

 

Because the body is actually made of pure energy, the negative energy of trapped emotions can cause imbalance in the body. Trapped Emotions can cause physical discomfort, self-sabotaging behaviors, emotional problems, phobias, and other undesired effects.

 

I am trained and professionally certified to help you discover and release your trapped emotions, which will help your body’s natural ability to heal itself.  The Emotion Code is non-invasive, totally safe and requires very little time and effort on your part. There is no need to recall events, or discuss any recollection of events, that led up to trapped emotions, although if you choose to do so, everything discussed or discovered with me is always confidential.
